Overview

Great Beginnings Bayswater has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

Responsibilities

Support the Centre Manager in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children. Contribute to the delivery of resources and programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Work with the team to support children's learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications
  • ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • An understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
