Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities Management team in delivering effective and efficient workplace support services at a client site. This role will play an important part in ensuring the safe, compliant, and smooth operation of the workplace environment while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Management team in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines across the assigned portfolio.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy, and well-serviced workplace environment.
  • Coordinate inspections, planned and responsive maintenance, and asset upkeep to agreed standards.
  • Support vendor and supplier management, including work orders, purchase requests, and vendor administration.
  • Assist with budget estimation, tracking, and reporting (OPEX/CAPEX).
  • Prepare and maintain facilities-related documentation, reports, and records.
  • Respond to risks, incidents, hazards, and emergencies as required.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required by the business.
About You / Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions focused.
