Hey, I'm Dylan, Founder here at Updoc.

I've spent over a decade building tech and ops, and there's nothing quite like working on something that actually changes lives. Updoc's on a mission to design the future of healthcare by connecting patients, doctors, medical pros and pharmacies across Australia and we need a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us grow like crazy.

Now, this isn't your average typical marketing role. We're scrappy, curious, and unapologetically nerdy. Our team comes from some of the best global tech companies like Canva, Uber and Amazon but we don't have room for egos here. We thrive on collaboration, coffee-fuelled debates about healthcare service delivery, behavioural science and the latest technology.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and explore new channels to fuel growth
  • Partner with designers to create content, brand assets and experiences that delight both doctors and patients with our in-house creative team
  • Build brand awareness tactics aligned with our current footprint and expansion plans
  • Track and improve acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS etc) daily
  • Design marketing processes that can scale 10x volume and ensure every new customer has an exceptional first experience

About You

  • You move at 100kmph, always spotting ways to optimise and automate with the latest tools
  • Analytical mind that's also creative you can dream up ideas and ruthlessly prioritise them
  • 3–5 years of performance marketing experience or equivalent role in a startup
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love getting stuck in
