Undergraduate Opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day

The Hatch Undergraduate Program offers the chance to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We support your transition from education to career.

As part of the Civil Team, you will provide civil engineering design expertise to Hatch's commodity-based business units and have opportunities to work across civil, water, and geotechnical disciplines. Our capabilities span the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility, feasibility studies, engineering, construction, and project management.

You bring to the role:

You are working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are a collaborative thinker, and have an innovative approach to problem-solving. You are interested in a future with a global consulting firm and are committed to creating positive change.

The 12-week program begins on Monday, 17 Nov 2025. Please note, Hatch's office will close from COB Friday, 19 December 2025, reopening on Monday, 5 January 2026. The Vacation Program concludes on Friday, 20 February 2026.
