Contract: 6 months + potential extensions

Location: Sydney (with flexible arrangements considered)

Billigence seeks a skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery within a large-scale analytics consolidation program. This role will focus on eliciting and documenting requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring data projects deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data discovery and modelling to inform solution design
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex concepts clearly
  • Map and assess current processes, defining improvements and future-state workflows
  • Support quality assurance through acceptance criteria definition and validation activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical BA on data or analytics projects
  • Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of data modelling, mapping, and governance principles
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (preferably Google Cloud / BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker) desirable
