Production Supervisor

Working closely with the production manager, our client seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team to achieve Production and Quality business targets, whilst ensuring efficient operation of production and coordinating flow of product and associated materials. On offer is Monday to Friday with some Saturday work, penalty rates apply, overtime available.

About The Role
  • You will be running a team of 15 - 20 workshop personnel ensuring production and quality of product is maintained
  • Review and analyse production drawings to assist factory personnel
  • Work with the production manager to ensure planned production is met
About You
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous supervisory experience is well regarded
  • Strong interpersonal, training and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Lateral thinking, problem solving and advanced analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks through scheduling and resolve conflicts
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • LF class
  • C Class Licence at a minimum
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office

You will have the highest regard for safety in the workplace. You will be required to pass a medical including drug and alcohol testing, and random testing will also be carried out on site. You need full Australian work rights to be considered for this role.
