About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor - Afternoon Shift to join our team at RubberGem, based in East Rockingham. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs efficiently and meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and quality targets
  • Monitor and continuously improve production processes to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Champion a Zero-Harm safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to support the growth of the manufacturing team
  • Work closely with other departments to align production with overall business objectives
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular performance reports

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
