Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join the Daily Wei team on-site in Wetherill Park, NSW. This is a full-time role that goes beyond just making coffee - it's about curating an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality espresso and beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, and ensuring customers leave with both a great coffee and a smile. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with customers are central to the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven Barista skills, including espresso preparation, milk texturing, and latte art
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Prior hospitality or café experience is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
