About the Role
As the Project Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our on-site team, providing critical administrative support to our on-site personnel. You'll be responsible for managing financial processes, tracking project costs, and handling the necessary administrative tasks that keep our projects on schedule and on budget.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide regular administrative support to all personnel on-site.
- Manage, verify, and process monthly progress claims and customer reporting.
- Maintain and utilise project controls, including forecasting, cost tracking and daily diaries.
- Raise and reconcile Purchase Orders and Subcontractor Orders in Pronto.
- Validate invoices and subcontractor claims to ensure sufficient evidence for payment.
- Complete monthly project reporting and support the end-of-month processes.
- Champion accuracy in project reporting and other general administrative duties.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a civil or construction environment.
- Proven administrative and finance administration experience.
- Qualifications in Construction, Business, Finance, Administration, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
- Experience using ERP systems like Pronto, Procore, or other similar systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
