At Jocelyn's Provisions, we've built our reputation on uncompromising quality, warm service, and a genuine love for food. With three established retail locations across Brisbane — and a new store opening in October 2025 — we're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our retail teams, support our managers, and drive excellence across the business.

About the Role

As Retail Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day retail operations across all stores, ensuring each location delivers on our promise of exceptional customer service, beautiful presentation, and operational consistency. You'll spend time in each store weekly, mentoring and coaching managers and their teams, building a strong and engaged culture, and ensuring communication flows seamlessly between head office and our retail network.

This role is both strategic and hands-on — perfect for someone who thrives on people leadership, loves rolling up their sleeves, and has a sharp eye for detail.

• Lead, mentor, and support store managers to deliver high performance and team engagement.
• Ensure retail standards, customer experience, and brand presentation are consistently upheld.
• Conduct weekly store visits, providing training, coaching, and operational support.
• Manage rosters, training, and team development programs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and support staff retention.
• Monitor sales performance and work with leadership to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and retail calendar events.
• Support the setup and successful launch of new stores.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and operational procedures.
