Job Description
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to process improvements within financial operations.
  • Support audit processes by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience at a mid-tier accounting practice.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a temporary role.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
