Role

The role: Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in Bundanoon.

Roster: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Preparing & presenting food for our residents
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Support bulk cooking operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
  • Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Adherence to food & general safety practices
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
