Overview

Casual Chef - Aged Care | Albion Park Rail

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Casual Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Albion Park Rail. Roster: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing & presenting food for our residents
  • Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & stocktaking
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Support bulk cooking operations
  • Prepare and present texture modified foods
  • Fast, effective service with a positive attitude
Your Background
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail
  • Adherence to food & general safety practices
