About the role

Bunge is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Operators to join our
team for the 2025/26 harvest season, running from October 2025 to
January 2026. Based in Parkside, this role is a fantastic entry
point into the Australian grain industry.

As a Call Centre Operator, you'll play a key role in
delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate,
up-to-date information to our valued grain farmers across South
Australia and Victoria. You'll engage with farmers daily,
supporting both the storage and handling as well as grain
accumulation processes across Australia.

This is a dynamic opportunity to gain hands on industry
experience, develop a strong understanding of grain operations, and
build connections across various areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to farmer enquiries via phone and email, delivering
    a high standard of customer service and support.
  • Provide detailed information on Bunge's
    harvest-related services, products, applications, and
    administrative processes to effectively resolve farmer
    queries.
  • Offer timely and accurate assistance with digital tools and
    online platforms, helping farmers navigate and utilise
    Bunge's online services.
  • Process transactions on behalf of farmers over the phone
    using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Gain exposure to the grain supply chain, including grain
    marketing, storage, and handling operations, to build your
    industry knowledge.

About you

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, especially when working
    under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and apply knowledge and
    initiative to solve problems efficiently
  • A clear interest and passion for the grain industry
  • Education or training related to the grain industry is
    highly regarded
  • onfident in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly
    Excel
