Essence of the position

We have begun the search for our Senior Technician. In this role you will be behind-the-scenes keeping the games, attractions and experiences alive. Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:

- Troubleshooting: You'll dive into the depths of our games and attractions, solving technical problems with ease
- Partner with purpose: Work closely with our Facilities Manager and venue team to keep up a positive, fun culture
- Owning the guest experience: Your work directly impacts how much fun our guests have. No pressure… but awesome, right?
- Ensuring safety comes first: You proudly champion safety in our venue to ensure the protection of team and guests alike

Key Attributes & Capabilities

Putting people neatly into boxes, isn't really our style, but there are a few key factors that will be really important when it comes to selecting the right candidate for this position:

- You have 1-2 years of technician experience
- You are a tech-savvy team member with a curious mind and a hands-on working style
- You maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving
- You're a natural communicator who can chat with both team and guests with ease
