Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities with purpose and develop them into profitable and sustainable client relationships.
  • Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management.
  • Participate in industry forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base.
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying regional and inter-regional commercial business opportunities.
  • Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment to enable long-term financial sustainability.
What you can bring
  • A passion for sales with prior sales experience in a cold calling environment and a proven track record in new business development.
  • Previous experience in commercial sales and cold calling is highly regarded.
  • Experience in building both new and existing customer relationships with a focus on profitability.
  • Strong ability to influence and implement regional strategy in complex environments with professionalism and credibility.
  • Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of the business, development practices, marketing activities, client base, and industry trends.
  • Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets in a sales or business development role.
  • Experience in the food industry and TGA is highly regarded.
