The Manager Service & Integration will oversee the delivery of technology services and ensure seamless integration within a public sector environment. This 2 Year Fixed Term is based in Brisbane and offers an excellent opportunity to lead critical technology initiatives.

Description
  • Lead the delivery of technology services and integration projects to meet organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery within the technology department.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of systems and processes across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the technology department.
  • Ensure adherence to public sector policies and regulatory requirements.
Profile
  • Experience in leading managed services and integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ideally have experience to lead CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meetings
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Lead the design and review of policies, standards, procedures and related documentation
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
