Overview

IONYX Digital is a creative agency helping businesses stand out with websites, capability statements, and digital strategy. We're looking for a motivated Content Editor & Administration Assistant to join our team.

In this full-time hybrid role, you'll work directly with clients, turning interviews and transcripts into polished content, while also providing administration and project support to the agency team.

What You'll Do
  • Create and refine content from client interviews and AI-assisted drafts.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients.
  • Edit copy for websites, capability statements, and digital marketing.
  • Support project management and client communications.
  • Provide general administration to keep projects on track.
