We coach, train, and build absolute monsters in sales. And we want our content to scream that. If you're editing videos that don't punch people in the face with value and energy, you're not for us. But if you're obsessed with creating content that grabs attention, builds trust, and converts viewers into raving fans, we want you on the team.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A self-starter who edits with speed and precision
  • Obsessed with growth, attention, and conversion
  • Experienced in short-form and long-form editing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • You can take raw content and make it binge-worthy
  • Comfortable with tight turnarounds, feedback, and a fast-paced content machine
  • Proficient in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Edit 5–10 high-energy short-form clips per week (we provide templates, briefs, and direction)
  • Create branded content that aligns with our Canva color palette (#c80312, #efebe3, #575757, #fc9308)
  • Add subtitles, effects, jump cuts, music, zooms, hooks — anything to make it scroll-stopping
  • Implement feedback fast and work like an assassin on deadlines

  • Know how to tell a
    story with speed
  • Understand how to edit for algorithms and viewer retention
  • Can build thumbnail assets or post creatives
  • Are obsessed with personal growth, sales, and branding
