Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement brand plans that deliver category growth, consumer engagement, and commercial results
  • Campaign Delivery: Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, shopper, social, and PR channels
  • Innovation & NPD: Drive product launch strategies, from packaging development to retailer engagement
  • Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with global and local brand partners, ensuring alignment and growth
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and ROI analysis to inform future strategy
About You
  • Extensive experience in brand management, FMCG marketing, or commercial roles
  • Strong track record in brand strategy, execution, and innovation delivery
  • Experience managing partner brands, P&L tracking and joint marketing plans
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills (Sales, Category, Finance, Creative)
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
