Description

  • You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing, digital & data growth strategies to drive B2B business, including lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Reporting directly into the EGM it will be critical to the role to have the ability to combine both strategic and commercial acumen, together with strong people leadership and development, along with highly developed collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • As the senior leader across the marketing, digital and data team, you will guide our digital & data platform strategy, CRM, website and e-commerce strategy and development, and champion customer-centric digital journey design processes. You will have a deep understanding of digital, with an ability to balance marketing technology, content and customer experience.
  • Partnering closely with Category Sales teams, inside trade sales, operations, customer service teams, you will develop customer & market strategic insights, including industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
  • You will be responsible for the development and management of an integrated omni-channel category marketing strategy that addresses each of the category growth drivers for our their categories, to achieve category growth targets.
  • Above all, you will lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve high levels of team engagement, go-to-market excellence.
Profile

You will come from a B2B Marketing back ground ideally from a manufacturing industrial or civil organisation. You have gone on a journey with a team and seen them flourish, knowing exactly what great leadership looks like. You have the ability to enhance already robust strategy and systems, really digging in to the customer journey and mapping the most effective way to engage with your target audience through digital and using the data to guide and inform your decisions. We are looking for a hands on leader who is willing to roll their sleeves up with the team, someone ideally from an SME who has worked closely with senior stakeholders and understands the nuance of a mid size organisation.
