About the Board:

The Board of Directors are responsible to lead Prelude Australia in its Object and Charitable Purpose as outlined in the Prelude Australia Constitution and implemented in the Strategic Plan and annual Budget.

The Board of Directors are responsible for the overall governance and risk management of the organisation aligned with all relevant legislation and compliance requirements under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and Australian Charities and Not For Profit Commission (ACNC).
