Manager (Inclusive Employment Australia)

Autism SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager (IEA) to oversee our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) operations across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader or someone ready to progress into a management role within a values-based organisation.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you'll be responsible for guiding a high-performing team of Autism Employment Consultants to deliver employment outcomes for participants. You'll play a key role in strategic growth, contract compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the IEA program
  • Lead and support staff to meet individual and site KPIs
  • Deliver high-quality employment and customer service outcomes
  • Oversee IEA contract performance and compliance across the region
  • Contribute to NDIS program delivery and strategic business development
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to the Business Operations Manager
  • Promote and uphold Autism SA's values across all sites
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum two years' experience managing teams within Disability Employment Services or similar employment services
  • Exceptional organisational and strategic planning capabilities
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in development and managing budgets
  • Strong reporting acumen, with the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance standards
  • Competency in maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM systems and digital tools for reporting and record keeping
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children clearance
  • NDIS Clearance
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or a related field
  • Experience working with or supporting people with disability
