Autism SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager (IEA) to oversee our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) operations across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader or someone ready to progress into a management role within a values-based organisation.
About the RoleIn this leadership position, you'll be responsible for guiding a high-performing team of Autism Employment Consultants to deliver employment outcomes for participants. You'll play a key role in strategic growth, contract compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of the IEA program
- Lead and support staff to meet individual and site KPIs
- Deliver high-quality employment and customer service outcomes
- Oversee IEA contract performance and compliance across the region
- Contribute to NDIS program delivery and strategic business development
- Provide accurate reporting and insights to the Business Operations Manager
- Promote and uphold Autism SA's values across all sites
- Minimum two years' experience managing teams within Disability Employment Services or similar employment services
- Exceptional organisational and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in development and managing budgets
- Strong reporting acumen, with the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports
- Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance standards
- Competency in maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Proficiency with Office 365, CRM systems and digital tools for reporting and record keeping
- Current Driver's Licence
- Working with Children clearance
- NDIS Clearance
- Tertiary qualifications in management or a related field
- Experience working with or supporting people with disability
