Looking for a role where your organisational skills truly shine? We're seeking a proactive and professional Senior Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager, Cancer Services at Calvary Mater Newcastle.
Responsibilities- Manage diaries and correspondence, handle sensitive matters with discretion, prepare reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.
- Keep the Cancer Services operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Variety in your day – no two days are the same.

- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with the team
