About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced greenkeeper or open space turf maintenance operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a tight knit team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across this prime site.

About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced greenkeeper or open space turf maintenance operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a tight knit team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across this prime site.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.
  • Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring safe, efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.

About You
  • Experience in open space turf management will be highly regarded
  • Proven proficiency in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • A passion for and commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Valid White Card.
  • Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Drivers' license.
