Overview

Senior Educator role at Goodstart Early Learning – Hyde Park, Queensland. Location: Goodstart Hyde Park. Salary Range: Senior Educators - $39.20 per hour. Employment Type: Full-time Permanent. We offer quality early learning programs, accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs across Australia.

Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs offered to children.
  • Put safety first in all activities and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
What You'll Need
  • Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the educational program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
