  • Total Remuneration $98,435 to $128,750 pa (including salary of $83,179 to $108,796 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to elevate the quality of learning experiences for students
  • Design innovative learning resources and advise on teaching practices
  • Promote effective learning principles and student-centered approaches
  • Contribute to research, scholarship, and strategic initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders, participate in committees, and lead projects
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with university standards and academic writing
  • Proficiency in university learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and business support software
  • Ability to deliver innovative courses and units using various teaching styles
  • Leadership in scholarship and innovation in learning and teaching
