About This Role

Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children. A Senior Educator will work collaboratively with peers to observe, inform and continuously improve our programs.

The role requires a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to ensure delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusivity and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
What You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
