Mango Hill State School is seeking two focused and dedicated leaders to join our team. Our school focuses on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students and fostering a collaborative environment.

The Head of Department (Curriculum) role involves leading the curriculum areas or whole school program in developing and committing to a shared vision. This includes setting high standards for student and staff performance, engaging in lifelong learning, and building partnerships with students, parents, agencies, and community groups.

About The Role
  • Develop and implement a shared vision for quality learning outcomes
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the curriculum areas or whole school program
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life
  • Manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve goals
