About the Roles

Supporting Partners in various teams in their Melbourne office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by:

  • Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities.
  • Managing monthly billing processes, including creation of pre-bills, editing and finalising.
  • Coordinating internal and external appointments, including diary management for Partners.
  • Organising national and international travel arrangements, including visa applications where required.
  • Assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and personably.
