Blackwatch Projects works directly alongside Silverstone Developments to efficiently deliver high-end projects. This unique collaboration provides employees with insight into the entire project lifecycle, from construction to development.
The Role – Contracts Administrator (CA)
Blackwatch Projects is seeking a CA to join their respected and established team immediately. The role involves managing a 3-stage multi-residential project in Hamilton. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be based at the head office in Newstead, Brisbane.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination and letting of subcontract packages
- Cost control management for the project
- Preparation of client progress claims
- Processing subcontract progress claims
- Managing information flow with the client
- Review and management of Variations and EOTs
Candidate requirements:
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry
- Minimum five years' experience as contracts administrator in Southeast Queensland
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Efficient time management and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project management software (Jobpac highly desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in construction management (highly desirable)
