How You'll Shine:

The responsibility of this role is to deliver qualified In-House and Rental tours to designated sites and to meet and exceed the department budgets KPIs.

1. Recruitment, training, and performance management of the Guest Experience Host teams.
2. Manage day-to-day operations of Guest Experience Hosts, including all activities affecting Guest Experience Hosts.
3. Prepare and analyze month-end reports in accordance with company procedures.
4. Adhere to all company and regulatory requirements regarding Guest Experience Host activities.
5. Meet or exceed departmental budget expectations in production and cost efficiencies.
6. Ensure all employees maintain current government licenses and work permits as required.
7. Define the responsibilities of the Guest Experience Host teams.
8. Manage marketing budgets and cost accounting systems.
9. Schedule guests efficiently to maximize productivity.
10. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure team development and training needs are met.
11. Travel to resort and sales locations as required.
12. Identify trends and root causes, taking action to achieve desired results.
