Job Opportunity: Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences

The Sydney Tower Eye is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. This role will be focused on delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests and provide assistance at the admissions entry point
  • Manage queues and process tickets
  • Sell products at our gift shop and food and beverage store
  • Prepare beverages, including coffee and tea
  • Lead SKYWALK tours from Sydney's Ultimate Viewpoint
  • Use a digital camera to capture photos of our guests on SKYWALK

To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests.
