We have an enticing residential Processing Supervisor - Services position at the world-class KCGM Operation with a +10-year mine life, on a 7/7 (12-hour days) roster.

Here's what awaits you:

• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Process Technicians Utilities to maintain and improve performance and drive a positive workplace culture that reflects the NSR Core Values. Coordinate maintenance priorities and liaise with Maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and monitor the training progress of shift-based Process Technicians Utilities to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage their workstations effectively and safely. Oversee safety and emergency response practices to ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures, and to minimize the risk associated with the working environment of shift personnel.
• Display a clear commitment to safety and health and seek to eliminate or control the risks of injury and/or damage to equipment. Operate in accordance with and comply with the Company's Safety and Health Policy, and with all site policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactive involvement with continuous OHS improvement processes. Inspect work area for safety, equipment operation, housekeeping, and cleanliness. Active participation in all communication and awareness systems.
• Display a clear commitment to responsible environmental management. Operate in accordance with the Company's Environmental Policy, and comply with other site environmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

A minimum of five (5) years working in mineral processing or related industry with at least two (2) years supervisory or senior technician experience. Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling effective communication at all levels of the organisation. Developed written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. Sound leadership skills, including the ability to coach, train, and influence the behaviour of others. Basic computer skills. Mechanical aptitude. Able to work as part of a team and foster team building relationships. Work with attention to detail. Ability to train and transfer knowledge in alignment with the department training matrix. Good communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.

Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence. Confined Space Entry Certificate. Working at Heights Certificate. Provide First Aid & National Police Clearance within 12 months.
