Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Processing Supervisor to lead our process operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mineral processing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train their team members to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of process technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in mineral processing or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of process operations and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
