Overview

Local Bowling Club is currently looking for a reliable Office Assistant/Bookkeeper who is proficient in MYOB, Word and Excel. The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience in a similar position and will commence on a casual basis with a view to moving to permanent part-time. Applicants should be available for 20 hours per week – negotiable.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations and working with MYOB; willingness to learn SENPOS, Clockon and Ebet Systems
  • Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and General Journals
  • BAS, IAS and Payroll Tax
  • AR, AP and Payroll
  • Other duties as required; the successful candidate will work closely with Management and will not be restricted to the above duties
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Word and Excel
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position
  • Available for 20 hours per week (casual with a view to part-time)
