Garnaut Private Wealth Pty Ltd is a leading independent boutique financial services firm providing holistic advice and solutions to wealthy individuals, their families, and associated entities.

We are seeking a well-presented and skilled Adviser to work with our Senior Partner in managing a large and dynamic portfolio of UHNW clients.

As an Adviser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality strategic advice and pro-active support. You will develop and implement complex strategies that meet the client's needs. You will also be responsible for ongoing relationship management of clients.

We are open to both experienced Financial Advisers and highly skilled Associate Advisers who have worked in the UHNW space and are looking to take the next step up. For us, it is more about skill level and cultural fit with our clients and team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Development of Strategic Financial Plans and Statements of Advice;
  2. Construction of superannuation, pension, investment, and risk strategies for our high net worth client base;
  3. Contribute to the organisation's overall financial advice process;
  4. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to the financial services industry within a highly respected firm.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience as an Associate Adviser or Adviser;
  • Superior time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong MS Office and Xplan (or similar software) experience;
  • A proven academic background with tertiary qualification;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • High levels of initiative, motivation, and a can-do attitude;

A salary based on skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
