Garnaut Private Wealth Pty Ltd is a leading independent boutique financial services firm providing holistic advice and solutions to wealthy individuals, their families, and associated entities.

We are seeking a well-presented and skilled Adviser to work with our Senior Partner in managing a large and dynamic portfolio of UHNW clients.

As an Adviser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality strategic advice and proactive support. You will develop and implement complex strategies that meet the client's needs and manage ongoing relationships with clients.

We are open to both experienced Financial Advisors and highly skilled Associate Advisers with UHNW experience looking to advance their careers. For us, skill level and cultural fit are more important than specific titles.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Development of Strategic Financial Plans and Statements of Advice;
  • Construction of superannuation, pension, investment, and risk strategies for high net worth clients;
  • Contributing to the organisation's overall financial advice process;
  • Gaining broad exposure to the financial services industry within a highly respected firm.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Experience as an Associate Adviser or Adviser;
  • Superior time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong MS Office and Xplan (or similar software) experience;
  • A tertiary qualification and proven academic background;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • High levels of initiative, motivation, and a can-do attitude.
