Family Office Professional

We are seeking an experienced Family Office Professional to join our team.

This is a diverse and rewarding role offering exposure across management reporting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and investment support. You will build deep relationships with clients and their advisors, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting, with a proven track record of delivering complex analysis and reports. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, along with relevant certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA, is essential.

  • Management reporting & full suite of accounting support across multiple entity types, cash flow reporting and supporting SMSF compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities to support complex decision-making
  • Build trusting relationships and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers (e.g. private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors)
  • Mentor and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching
  • Lead onboarding of new Family Office clients — from proposal and setup through to implementation and rollout

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services
  • Ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • CPA, CA or CFA qualification
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and communication skills
  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders
