Job Role Overview

The role of a Financial Strategy Advisor involves providing crucial support to Financial Advisors in developing high-quality financial strategies for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing financial advice across various products and strategies, encompassing superannuation, investment, pension, and SMSF accounts.
  • Assisting Advisers with annual reviews of clients' superannuation, personal insurances, and retirement planning needs.
  • Overseeing the investment of funds using XPLAN.
  • Submitting trades and portfolio rebalances in accordance with clients' risk profiles.
  • Managing personal insurance applications from start to completion.
  • Preparing research sheets for advisers and compiling client review packs for client meetings.
  • Compiling all administrative forms and documents required for the execution of SOAs.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Planning team and supporting Financial Advisers in preparing advice documents.
  • Ensuring all advice documentation is compliant with industry legislation, regulation, and firm policies and procedures.
  • Providing direct assistance to clients with any administration queries or requests relating to their investment portfolios and administration platforms.
