Sales Associate in Real Estate - The opportunity to gain 10 years of experience in 2 years. (Experience in real estate sales is required for this role)

I have a fabulous client base that refers me often, and I am now getting too busy to handle all the inquiries directly. To maintain high service levels and ensure that no stone is left unturned, I need someone to manage buyer inquiries and prospect new listings that come in daily.

This position is:

  • Part admin - you need to be great on the computer.
  • Part prospecting - You need to not be afraid to pick up the phone.

We will train you completely in the role.

What I need is the right attitude and hunger from you, and we can do the rest.

This role involves listing and selling residential property, and a certificate in real estate would be a plus.

So, you will need to be prepared to:

  • Work hard, sometimes after hours, as part of an elite sales team.
  • Love the idea of working with buyers and sellers.
  • Want to further your skills in selling and negotiating.
  • Have the ability to handle rejection when prospecting, cold calling, and door knocking.
