Job Title: Change Manager - Business Application Owner

A 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity at Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) to improve the framework around business application accountability and ownership.

About the Role
  • Perform change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis.
  • Lead or contribute to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach.
  • Identify and address potential people-related risks and areas of resistance.
  • Develop actionable change management plans, including communication and education/training plans.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to prepare employees for transition to new work practices.
  • Apply AAL's change management approach and methodology throughout the process.
About You
  • Strong experience in Change Management with proven IT Governance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a generalist Change Manager with experience across multiple projects within insurance or banking/financial services.
  • Experience driving large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.
  • Certification or demonstrated competency in application of a formal change methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
