We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to drive a structured change approach across key workstreams, ensuring the business is well supported through a period of transformation and growth.
About the Role:- Lead end-to-end change management activities across assigned program streams, applying structured methodology to assess impacts, engagement, communications and training needs.
- Support change activities related to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) implementation and workforce transformation.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments and deliver tailored strategies to support adoption and uplift.
- Develop clear and consistent communications in partnership with project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of fit-for-purpose training materials, workshops and change collateral.
- Build strong relationships across People & Culture, Legal, and operational teams to align messaging and manage resistance effectively.
- Track change outcomes and provide reporting on change readiness, engagement, and success measures.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale organisational change within complex or evolving environments.
- Demonstrated experience in change associated with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA), workforce reform, or similar HR-led initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - from project teams to C-suite.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, APMG, Agile Change Leadership) and proven ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
