Lead a Nation-Scale Digital Transformation – Program Manager

Melbourne, VIC | Strategic Leadership | Global Impact

A leading global energy organisation is undergoing a bold digital transformation—and we're looking for an experienced Program Manager/Program Director to drive this change locally in Australia.

This isn't just another project. This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi-year, business-critical transformation that will modernise core systems (CRM, billing), uplift customer and employee experiences, and reshape operations to meet the future of energy.

  • Lead a high-impact transformation across technology, data, change, and business process streams.
  • Drive local delivery while aligning with a global transformation strategy led from Europe.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across regions, timezones, and functions—including internal teams, third parties, and senior leadership.
  • Oversee migration planning, customer experience shifts, and change management initiatives.
  • Build and empower a high-performing program team in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

  • Deep experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs, particularly those involving technology change and operating model redesign.
  • Proven ability to translate global direction into local action, aligning tools, data models, and business processes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, governance, change leadership, and managing risk in regulated industries.
  • Confidence working across cross-functional teams, timezones, and cultures.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate internationally.
