Change Manager Role

This role is provided by Cprime, Inc. Your actual compensation will be based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Aligning with the Cprime | Elabor8 Change Management Framework to address the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies to meet our clients' business objectives.

Guiding Senior Leaders

Support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their critical role as change management sponsors and supporting people leaders as they help their teams navigate change.

Create and Support Change Agent Networks

Help integrate change management activities within Change Agents areas, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.

Drive Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.

Evaluate Change Initiatives

Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Embody Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices at Cprime | Elabor8.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
  • Experience with traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
  • A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Flexibility to manage both large-scale organisational transformation changes and smaller change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
