Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Day Shift
Location: Wacol, QLD, 4076, AU
Lead Moco's critical day shift operations (6am–6pm) and manage inventory receival, quality control, putaway, stock accuracy, sorting, and a small click-and-collect function. This role oversees the day shift warehouse team in a multi-temperature food storage facility and ensures readiness for the Night Shift Picking team and inventory transfers with the Moco Meats facility.
About the Role
Moco's Warehouse Manager – Day Shift ensures the smooth flow of goods into the business. From 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, you'll oversee all incoming supplier deliveries, receivals, putaways, product breakdowns, and sorting. You will ensure stock is received correctly and placed appropriately, prepared for the Night Shift, and transferred with the Moco Meats team. The day shift also manages a small click-and-collect function to provide fast, reliable service to customers. A key focus is continuous improvement through strong controls and processes to reduce waste, keep inventory lean, and improve operational efficiency.

You're analytical, detail-focused, and motivated to improve processes and tighten controls.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Safety focused with demonstrated improvement in safety performance through team engagement and safety initiatives
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing management, ideally within FMCG, food services, or wholesale
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while driving KPI achievement
- Knowledge of perishable goods handling and FIFO stock rotation
- Strong systems capability with WMS and reporting tools (Excel desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Work within Moco's brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Wacol, with on-site parking
