
Business Development Representative

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Cash Management team as we experience high growth. You will work alongside our Relationship Managers to identify and engage companies looking for cash management and financing solutions. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc's entire executive team.
What You'll Accomplish Here- Perform 100+ activities across email, phone, and LinkedIn daily to target qualified CFOs and CEOs at companies likely to need Arc's cash management solution.
- Qualify inbound borrowers from various channels.
- Schedule 12+ meetings per week for the Relationship Manager team.
- Create 6+ opportunities per week for the Relationship Manager team.
- Sit in on client calls, take notes, and own part of the client follow up communications.
- Ensure deals stay on track by routinely following up with active leads and opportunities.
- Improve the SDR motion by helping document key processes, improve forecast, and increase sales velocity.
- Constantly learn about debt products and sales methodology alike.
- Experience in a cold outbound prospecting role.
- Some familiarity with finance and banking (academic, professional, or otherwise).
- Ability to "wear multiple hats" as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
- Exceptional written and communication skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
- Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
- Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
- Founding team from Stanford, LinkedIn, Affirm, Facebook, Tesla, Brex, Bolt, and beyond.
- Remote and Hybrid work with offices in San Francisco and NYC.
