Key Duties:

  • Cooking and food preparation
  • Re-heating and plating food with great presentation
  • Prepare food for the guests in line with clients' standards
  • Maintain and follow food safety protocol with awareness of allergen control
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained

The Person:

  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
  • Ability to work effectively and liaise with front of house staff
  • A real passion for food and quality service
