Overview

Director at Engineering Networks Pty Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background delivering small to medium sized industrial projects that include electrical, instrumentation, control systems and automation and ideally within the manufacturing, food and beverage or FMCG industry.

This role involves working with an established team of engineers, designers, electricians and support staff to deliver projects up to $2m+ in value. It is an autonomous role with responsibility for delivering high quality electrical projects that are on time and profitable.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver electrical, instrumentation, control systems and automation projects up to $2m+ in value.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Apply strong project management methodologies and financial management to projects.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical industry standards.
  • Maintain a reliable, hardworking, and honest approach to project delivery.
Qualifications
  • An electrical trade qualification; additional qualifications in project management are highly regarded.
  • Significant electrical installation, switchboard, control panel and MCC experience – technical competence is a must.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence, lead, coordinate and drive teams.
  • Proficient in project management methodology and financial management.
  • Working knowledge of electrical industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

In addition to a great company culture and a range of challenging projects, you will receive base salary, superannuation, and vehicle or allowance.
